3.Usage Restrictions:
If you have not reached the legal age to enter into a binding contract with us, or
If the content you access is prohibited by the laws of your country of residence, you may not use our services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you must be at least 16 years old or meet the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction ("Minimum Age") to fulfill the obligations under these Terms. If you have not reached the Minimum Age, you may only use our services with the consent of your parents or legal guardians. By starting to use our services, you represent that you have reached the Minimum Age or an older age; if you have not reached the Minimum Age, it is considered that your parents or legal guardians have agreed to your use of our services.
4. Use by Minors:
If you are the parent or guardian of a minor (an individual who has not reached the statutory minimum age) and allow them to use our services, you hereby agree to:
(1)Supervise the minor's use of our services;
(2)Assume all risks associated with the minor's use of the services, including the receipt and transmission of information and materials through the services, as well as transactions involving digital goods and third-party services;
(3)Take responsibility for any liabilities arising from the minor's use of our services;
(4)Ensure that the minor complies with this Agreement when using the services.
5.Unauthorized Use
You agree not to use our services in any unauthorized manner, including but not limited to:
(1)Illegally intruding, increasing the load on networks or servers, or using the services or their content in unauthorized ways;
(2)Adhering to all notices, license information, and restrictions for the services and content protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws;
(3)Unless explicitly permitted by this Agreement or you have entered into a separate agreement with us allowing it, you may not modify, publish, upload, rent, lend, transmit, sell, participate in transferring or selling, reproduce, create derivative works based on, redistribute, perform, display, or otherwise exploit any part or all of the services;
(4)Unless specifically allowed by applicable mandatory law, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, alter, replace, or attempt to crack any software or security components on your device;
(5)Using the services to violate, tamper with, or circumvent the security of any computer network, software, passwords, encryption codes, technical protection measures, or engaging in any illegal activities, or enabling others to do so is strictly prohibited.
6.Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, ownership, and interests in our services belong to us. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, you will not acquire any intellectual property rights or other ownership in the device or software, including but not limited to any rights in patents, inventions, improvements, designs, trademarks, database rights, or copyrights. You will also not acquire any rights in confidential information or trade secrets. You may not remove, obscure, alter, or hide any trademarks, logos, copyright notices, or other ownership notices on the device or software.
7.Software License
This software is our proprietary product and is intended for use with the device. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the "Software" and any updates provided to you by us, but only as part of or in conjunction with the "Device." Please note that this is a license and not a sale.

Content Disclaimer

1.Service Provision Standards:
We strive to provide our services with the professional level and care recognized in the industry. We hope you enjoy our services, but please be aware that we do not guarantee all aspects of the services.
2.Service Commitment Limitations:
We do not guarantee that the services or account usage will meet the following conditions: (1) continuity, security, freedom from viruses and defects; (2) protection against hacker attacks or other security vulnerabilities. Under no circumstances will we or our management, officers, or employees be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the services or account. We expressly disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
3.Risks of Third-Party Content:
You should be aware that using our services may expose you to content that is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or inappropriate. We are not responsible for such content. The responsibility for any third-party content lies with the creator, owner, or authorized party of that content, not with us.

Liability Limitation

1.To the maximum extent permitted by law, regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other theory of liability, and irrespective of whether we have been informed of the possibility of such damage or loss, we will not be liable to users for:
(1).Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind;
(2).Any loss of business revenue, business operations, actual or anticipated profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or reputation (whether direct or indirect);
(3).Any data damage or loss (whether direct or indirect); or
(4).Any loss or damage arising from:
a.User’s use of the services;
b.User’s reliance on the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content;
c.Any relationship or transaction between the user and any third-party provider of services, products, or content; or
d.Any modification to the services, or any permanent or temporary interruption of the services or any part thereof.
2.Remedies for Damages and Losses:
If you suffer any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction due to the use of our devices or services, your sole remedy is to stop using these devices or services.
3.Legal Restrictions and Consumer Rights:
In some jurisdictions, it may not be permissible to exclude all warranties or limit liability for certain types of damage. Therefore, the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law. Additionally, you may have other rights that vary according to the jurisdiction in which you reside. Indemnification

(3).Identifying, preventing, or resolving fraud, security, or technical issues;
(4).Responding to user service requests; or
(5).Protecting the rights, property, or safety of ourselves, users, and the public.
We have the right, at our sole discretion, to add or remove access to services on any device at any time. Furthermore, we reserve the right to restrict the availability and accessibility of the services at any time, whether for specific individuals, geographic areas, or jurisdictions. Note that our services are also subject to relevant export control laws.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting user privacy and strive to create a safe and reliable online space. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, including our practices for collecting, using, transmitting, and disclosing your personal information and data, as well as the mechanism for updating our Privacy Policy. Software Upgrade Policy

We reserve the right to automatically upgrade the software and network services at any time, including but not limited to bug fixes, system updates, adjustments to the user interface, and changes to the way you interact with content. Additionally, we may add, modify, or remove features and functionalities. You understand that these upgrades may be executed silently in the background and that you cannot opt out of these upgrade processes. You also recognize that these upgrades are crucial to ensure compatibility of the software with other parts of our products or services and to address security needs. By using our services, you explicitly agree to accept and comply with all updates to the software. General Legal Terms

1.Agreement Integrity: This Agreement (including all additional terms you accept) constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and us and governs your use of our services.
2.Rights Reservation: If we choose not to exercise any legal rights or remedies available to us under these Terms or applicable law at any time, this does not constitute a waiver of our rights. We reserve the full right to exercise these rights and remedies at any time.
3.Severability: If any court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable, unaffected.
4.Third-Party Beneficiary Statement: You acknowledge that all our subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. These subsidiaries retain the right to directly enforce their rights under the terms of this Agreement. Except for subsidiaries, this Agreement is not intended to confer third-party beneficiary status to any other individual or entity.
5.Compliance with Export Regulations: You understand that our services may be subject to export control laws and regulations of the United States and other jurisdictions. You commit to complying with all domestic and international export control laws applicable to your use or sale of products, including but not limited to restrictions on destination, users, and end use.
6.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: You acknowledge and agree that all disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or any relationship established with us based on this Agreement will be governed entirely by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Furthermore, you agree and accept that the Beijing Arbitration Commission or the Beijing International Arbitration Center will serve as the arbitration body to resolve any legal disputes arising from this Agreement or related relationships, in accordance with their arbitration rules.
7.Non-Transferability of Rights and Obligations: You may not transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party. Any such transfer will be deemed invalid.
8.Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any obligations under this Agreement due to acts or events beyond our control.
9.Agreement Integrity: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the services.
